Growing Scotland's Finest Purple Top Milan Turnips...

Purple Top Milan Turnips

With their distinctive and vibrant appearance and delicious flavour our favourite purple tops bring a twist to anyone’s meal.

These turnips are known for their mild and slightly sweet flavour, which makes them the perfect versatile veg for various culinary applications.  They can be enjoyed raw for adding to a salad, or indeed boiled, steamed, or roasted in the traditional manner.

Like the superstar swede, our turnips are also a good provision of vitamin C, K and potassium and are low in calories, high in fibre and full of antioxidants.
